Hi every one this new in kannada channels. owner of this company got arrested and got bail  and ran away to Mumbai not even a signal projects don and this tgs as even other builder company's like dreamz gk ect. my request to all friends, plz Be aware, TGS Constructions Initially they will trap customers by offering unnatural discounts

please dont believe any one in the world and become a pool, take time to understand the value of money we earn, dont eeven believe if get free bcoz nothing we get free accept mothers love .

TGS Layouts, a real estate company providing Land, Plots and beautifully designed Layouts in all over Bangalore is spreading that their price and property were much lower than the market price. This is how they are advertising to target the mid income group IT professional. Two months ago I have booked a plot with them in their chandapura location by paying a sum of 1 lack as booking amount and because of the continuous calls by their CRM department I arranged rest of my down payment within 15 days of my booking.

One month later while browsing TGS Layouts reviews I found a lot of customers were complaining on their services and about their layouts for not having any kind of approvals from the concern authorities. I have called them to make an inquiry on this. They told me that this is their competitors who spoiling their names by making different kind of false news. Because TGS Layout is selling their plots in half rate which they are not able to do. Their answers were convincing but still I have discussed with my friends and family about it and they suggested me to cancel it before it too late.

The next morning I have visited their office in HSR Layouts and made an excuse that I need urgent money for some family issue and I want to cancel it. They started making me understand but I was totally not in a mood of listening to them. After doing all cancellation formalities they told me it will take 45 days to process all documents and after that they will issue me a chq.

I came back and waited for around two months, one day I got a call to collect chq from their office. This is how I refunded my money from them. Now I am thinking did I do the right thing? The reviews we are reading in different sites and blogs are they all true or not. Any way I don't know whether I have save my money or wasted an opportunity by reading tgs layouts reviews in different sites.

I've booked a site in TGS SARASWATHI.my MOU duration has already been expired but still not received it in hands. The customer service is very poor especially they not even picking the call for asking about the project status. In recent times i've got message from one of the their customer representative mentioning that a new CEO has been appointed and all project works will start in 20 days of time. I dont see any progress. This is kind of game which they are extending the project. It seems there is not even one completed project.Friends, please dont walk-in to TGS office for booking sites or flats. Dont waste time and valuable money.

Be aware, TGS Constructionguru30s MAnasultangement is a Professional Cheaters. Initially they will trap customers by offering unnatural discounts. Later on only we will come to know that there is no project is existing. Once you cancel the deal, they will not attend to your calls. My advice is to form a group and fight against them through Media or Social Media or even filing a complaint in Consumer court. Consumer court will deliver the judgement within 12 months. I am writing this to help others who are making plans to invest in TGS bangalore. We've investigated particularly approximately the brand new undertaking TGS California this is going to come up in BEML format near Vaastu Lavender residences, RR Nagar, Bengaluru. In that place TGS is planning to shop for encroached land from nearby Land Mafia goondas. As in line with the facts we got from sources the encroached land is owned by using BEML society personnel and all of them filed cases in court.So guys please don’t pay any boost for TGS California project! Be aware of this cheaters still they cheating people, cheated more then 100's I paid them 2L and booked Omtown bannerghatta. After that they gave fraud papers and given survey no 68 given but when I cross checked its belongs to forest dept. So I cancel after my lawyer advice not to take and then they gave cheque its got bounce and I went to ask them they are keeping rowdy's and saying they won't give and all that drama still I din't get money after sending lawyer notice also, please some one suggest how to get money from this cheaters.

as this company is not good, and not commited. it gives false commitements for the coustomers, please .dont go and invest in this type of company this is my personel opinion,

one off my friend had invested in this company and till now he is not getting any response from this company regarding construction, or handing the flat every time false commitements, I decide not to buy any flats or sites from this company, because I have personely experienced with my freinds, so my frank suggestion is that dont go and invest, do serch for other good reputed company and invest there.

I had booked a flat in TGS Athens project in November 2014, when it was showed to me as a DREAM Project in Bangalore. Today as of 31.10.2016 still the Project is just a DREAM. Not a single moment on site. Every time I inquire and I get the same old reply "Project will start in Next 2 Weeks / Next Month". These People are very unprofessional. Do Not ever get trapped. My Hard Earned Rs.4 Lacs is stuck in this project since 2 Years and these people are not going to refund the amount with Interest. The only fear that remains is that atleast I get my Principal amount back.

My Dear Friends,

Please dont entertain TGS. They are 100% fraud company. When asked for my refund, they denied many times, finally by chasing and shouting at them, I got a post dated cheque of 3 months. Today my cheque has bounced. They dont have any money in Bank. They will loot all of us and run away. All freshers are driving the business, the owner is a Lady who does not show her face at any point in time.

BE SAFE DONT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THEIR FALSE PROMISES.

They are attracting people with good hospitality and low price. in actual they are cheaters, rowdy. please dont get trapped and visit their CRM department to see real picture. people who have cancelled are begging to get back money. they have all land in litigation and you will never see progress. They are just fooling people. They have hired some goons and its complete harassment. you might not want to take it seriously but you can visit their CRM office to see the fact. please dont waste you hard earned money.

All I had booked a plot in TGS MAHALAKSHMI(Electronic City) in Feb 2015 and till now there is no update from TGS. The place which they had shown belongs to Government. My agreement with TGS has expired and they are not ready to renew and they are not ready to return the booking amount.

They are showing more and not delivering as per commitments. Their projects are always delayed . No timely delivery. The type of materials used are not upto mark as they promise earlier.

people please dont depend on their promises.

Or you will have nothing but frustration.

Please make a search about them before you invest .

The reputation of company appears to be down day by day.

Its certainly better to find some other builder .

We have investigated especially about the new project TGS California that is going to come up in BEML layout near Vaastu Lavender apartments, RR Nagar, Bengaluru. In that area TGS is planning to buy encroached land from Local Land Mafia goondas. As per the information we got from sources the encroached land is owned by BEML society employees and all of them filed cases in court.So guys please don't pay any advance for TGS California venture!
