Techman Buildwell

Review On Techman Buildwell, Delhi

I am a resident of Moti Residency in Ghaziabad and have had the worst nightmare dealing with Techman Buildwell.

I bought the flat in Dec 2012 at a high price. Later the builder upped the price when he was giving possession and also charged me penalty even though I didnt delay my payment by too long a time.  But when he delayed handing over the flat to me by almost a year the builder didnt adjust or give me any penalty payment.  Inspite of my arguing with him and trying to get him to hand over the flat there was a delay by 8 months.  When I entered the flat it was still in unfinished condition.

After living here for almost a year and writing numerous emails to the Builder about many things that were broken(like tiles, wooden flooring, paint peeling, cracks in the wall, kitchen sink broken, kitchen cabinets breaking, uneven walls, bathroom slope not proper water all over the bathroom) they got some work done but unless you chase the facility manager(who always says he wasnt on site or is on leave), nothing gets done.  The main front door is so bad, looks like door bought from purana kabadiwala. I had to put in a new door at my expense.

Builder has tried to cheat and cut all corners at every step of the way. The wood work inside the flat is a mess.  Nothing is as was shown to us in sample flat.  This builder is one of the worst builders I have come across. He is not at all professional.
