This is the worst society to live in to say the least. I am a resident here and the amenities provided here are in a very bad condition. The general hygiene required to live in a place is just not there. Their waste water management system is so bad that they just shut down the flush water because as per them, the waste management plant is not capable to handle so much wastage. So instead of solving the issue, they just shut down the flush water supply.

And how do they resolve the conflicting issues with the shopkeeper of the only shop in the society, by not letting his products into the society. So, the people who actually suffer in the end are actually the residents because the supply of essential products like drinking water, milk and things of general use has been stopped. And when asked for a solution, they just say figure out yourself.

Worst management, worst construction.

The support staff is not very concerned to resolve the concerns that may arise as a result of solving any queries that arise from legal or registration related issues. It has been many times suggested that the higher authorities should be quite suggestive of having a proper management in place to take care of the legal issues.

Since the area where they reside is located near the slum and the particular hygiene factor is dismissed, it leaves an impression on the buyers that the builder is not so keen at lending the properties at good conditions. This has led to many people to look out for flats outside of the current location.

There are many builder projects in pipeline whose construction is not as per approved plans and this leads to the buyer refusing to buy the plot or show keen interest in buying a specific project.

The amenities and facilities are not well taken care off and you can see this through dirty swimming pools and lack of equipment in the gym.

They showed us another plan and when the building was made, it looked nothing like the plan that they showed us, so it was very disappointing.

The finishing of this building is very bad and we have had to do so much repair work when we moved in and we still have to get things sorted so it is quite a pain.

It has been seen that no official power supply has been provided to the building as transformer and switch room is not in place for many of the houses that are constructed. This needs to change to handle all the mismanagement in safe hands.
