Sycon Cressida Project is Far from Completion

My cousin has bought a flat in Sycon Cressida. I am writing review on behalf of my cousin. According to him, Sycon Construction has missed all deadlines committed to their buyers. According to deal documents, first phase was suppose to get over by Sept 2012 but as of today it looks very far from completion.

Already Project is 6 Month behind the schedule and doesn't look completing soon. Every time we met the Direct of Sycon Construction Mr. Anil Bagalwadi, he gave false commitment. Sycon Construction giving all rubbish reasons for delay in the project. Also Sycon Construction Management is rude & negligent. We (buyer) are surprise to hear harsh statements from a senior person from Sycon Construction.

I suggested my cousin to take legal action and approach consumer court for misbehavior and not delivering in time. Sycon Construction Management is not putting efforts in the project. Sycon has recently agreed to give possession by end of April'13. But seeing the current state of the project, It is far far away from completion. We checked with few other buyers of Sycon Cressida, buyers are not really happy with the progress and work quality.

All committed deadlines are missed. My cousin told me, Sycon Management is very RUDE. There is no one in Sycon Construction who listen to their buyers. We hardly see any people working at the site. Also not sure if Sycon Cressida has got all required NOCs from Safety departments.

I would suggest to go for some ready to occupy property. They will cost you more but can give you possession immediately. I would also suggest not to buy any property from unethical builder.
