We are also waiting for the possession since 6 months. Sycon Management is not allowing us to move in. We check status every week, and site supervisors shamelessly tells the next week. It’s a big shame for Sycon Constructions.

I would not recommend any purchase from Sycon Constructions in current / future projects. Cressida project is the big mess from Sycon Constructions.

Project is already 1 year behind the scheduled. My flat is ready but basic facilities are not in place.

1. Elevator was supposed to be working in March-13 but still not working. I have flat at 5th floor, how to climb 5th floor every day without elevator? This is primary thing for any multistory building to have. This is the result of poor planning from Sycon Constructions.

Lift is the major blocker for anyone to move in. If elevator work would have been started early with planning then it would be running by now.

1. There is no BESCOM power in the building. How people will stay without permanent power. Bescom power is another blocker. First, Sycon has not planned for getting NOCs and all required permissions early in time and second is Government authorities i.e. BESCOM is taking longer time to give power connection to the building. Either ways, buyers are losing the game. But if Sycon would have started the BESCOM process early then power would have come to the building.

Every week we check the progress with site supervisors, they shamelessly tells the next week "Sir, we will have power in next week". Every week we get the same thing from them. It’s surprised to me that they bluff telling the same thing every week.

I learned one thing from this experience that never ever buy under construction property. Always go for ready to occupy property. I waited 2+ years for the apartment and still not ready. I have wasted time and money and lost mental piece.

Some time I get very upset and disappointed with the decision to buy property from Sycon Constructions.
