The workmanship and construction quality is very poor even water profing work for toilet floors is not checked so the the buyers after taking charge of flat gets too much leakeges problems from the slabs of toilets which after sales are not repaired by builder they dont repair so you to unnecessary expenses for that dont ourchase any flat from this buider
