I bought three apartments for my entire joint family from them how was my experience I will tell you.i have a water leaking problem with them.

Heavy leakages in Parking lots and Penthouses.

Lifts not working due to water seepage. Even electrical rooms are leaking. If this is what one experiences within a month from possession, one could imagine what the future holds for this project. Passages on all floors are filled with water as there is no proper slope to drain out rain water. Their tall claim of providing 5 year warranty is a hoax.

After sending their team for inspection only after you pay them 750 rupees, they will inform you that this is not a manufacturing defect and hence is not covered under the warranty. I definetly say you think and checked carefully before buying.
