The apartments at this place have a poor quality finish and their customer service is so bad. They are very prompt in demanding payments and will charge a fine if the payments are not on time, but when it comes to any repair work; they will delay it to the maximum, leaving the buyers helpless and frustrated!

Type of blocks not mentioned

There have been instances where the type and thickness of blocks used for construction have not been mentioned. There have also been cases where the brand of cement in the construction details have been missed out.

No execution of ideas as per the plan.

They do not execute their ideas as per the plan and this causes us a lot of issues. We would definitely not recommend buying a house with them because it took them years to get the project done.
