Suvarnabhumi MD Shreedhar, Shrinivas, his employees Manikanta , Srinath Patela and the whole company is fraud. They are cheaters and making fool to innocent people. They are proficient in sailing land which are not even on their name. We are cheated under Shrinivasam project Shadnagar. They sold us the plot which wasn't on their name. here is the story :
We transferred 25 lacks (online transaction) before registry (25 lacks) in August'23. That was our mistake because we thought that it is online transaction so they have to register the land for us. but registry did not happen. we called them many times but they did false promises that registration will happen soon.
In Nov'23 Shreedhar gave us cheque and letter head of the company that if registration would not happen by Dec'23 we can submit the cheque in bank.
In Dec'23 they did not refund the amount nor the registration happened. we submit the cheque which got bounced. We reached to their office in Banjara hills where they we asked to refund the money else we have to follow the legal route.
Shridhar and his investor threaten us saying that they have multiple jacks with ministers so we will not be able to do anything. How shameless people they are!!!!!!!!!!! They have this much confidence after stealing someone's hard earned money.
Please save yourself from being fool by them. The land thy sold are disputed.
I would request Ram charan (Telgu Hero) not to advertise/promote for them. Public figures should be very conscious before doing any advertisement.
