Dont loose your money. Dont attract to their huge advertisements and marketing.I have booked 3 plots in vizag 8 months ago. I have paid 13 lakhs but until now they are not arranging for registering my plots. I have called upto the head office but of no use. I was warned by their branch head to not proceed further and I cant win them . I believe they are politically supported gundas. I advise public not to loose your hard earned money by investing in such fraud companies. Dont believe their sales staff nice words. Once they get your advance money, they will disappear. If you go to their office, you wont be able to meet anyone who can take responsibility to complete your registration process. When you ask to return your money, then they show their true colors and refuse to pay your money.

This developers are one of the best and sucessfull developers in the real estate industry.as they promote the ventures through tv, paper etc.as same they show in work also.the service to the customers is best service.as they said in booking time the same will complete and give the flat to the customers.the staff courtesy is also one of the reason to finish their work.they are truly comited to their work and show their minimum responsible to their customers.the product implementation rate will never change.what they said the rate while booking the flat same price will be taken after completion of the project or in venture.they never cheated any customer.from many years the both directors as well as customers get profited.by the enthusiasm of the directors the customers or people are buying the plots and flats.they are truly realtors.thanking you.

Now a days it is very difficult to purchase the property without any trust. I had some bad experiences from some Realtor which gave me negative impression of buying the property. But Suvarnabhoomi made it very easy and cleared all my queries.

They have hyped the International airport when it was first announced, Due state separation the rates has gone down.

And the prices remain static for so long from last 6 years time. we bought some piece of land in this venture in 2010 at 2.5K per Square yard, but price remained at same from then.

We are unable to sell the property either nor use it as there is still no proper basic facilities like roads and water supply in the location
