They have celebrities' endorsing them. These SUVARNABHOOMI are BIG TIME FRAUD and CHEATS. They take money and never register plots. Wonder why RAM CHARAN, VISHWANATH garu endorse for some money.
I paid full money for plots and its been an year but they never registered. The marketing team exists till the time money is paid. They give various reasons, if you go to office they do not even allow you inside. They shout at you. Government and law should ban such people from doing business.
NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THIS FRAUDSTERS.

Doing fraud with bogus plots Suvarnabhoomi Developers Pvt Ltd - Hyderabad, simply garbing money of customers.
I bought a open plot from Suvarnabhoomi suvarna smapda golden gate in APril 2019 and paid 25 percent amount and they are unable to assign the plot to me since they have a problem with land lords, so I asked them canceled it and return my money and they started playing a game like next month will return your money like that till now they I have no update when they are return my money, it looks like simply garbing money from customers and troubling them, so please be careful when you investing this kind of developers .

I have booked a plot in 2019 and due to personal reasons dropped from further investment, since 1 year I am back of the developers to get back the money but I am so sad that they won't even respond. I live in some different location and due to Covid situation I am unable to take risk to send my family to them. Daily making 4 -5 calls and every time they are saying cheque has been deposited or some nonsense. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have recorded voice messages that they have taken money and not giving back.

Bought a plot in suvarna sampadakothur in 2018. Took under mortgage scheme. I am writing this review in mid of 2020. I haven't received my plot yet. It is due for registration. Initially, they have asked me to pay 50% of the amount, and later within a year, they have asked me to pay the remaining 50% and go for registration.(I should also say this they had given me 10gm gold for doing a pre-payment)After paying the full amount I came to know that the project is not yet received completion from HMDA. I don't know when registration will happen. which means they will go to any extent to do frauds.
This will happen even if you deal with VP level of person in this organization. The simple trick they will say that I am also an employee in the organization and I can't do anything beyond this.
One more fraudulent project inspired by movie bahubali.Don't get into this trap. You will loose your own capital. Instead of this you invest some where else.

I Bought open plot in Suvarnabhoomi, indresham through agent Ravi, Narendra, Mallesh .
They given discount initially later during registration time they came up story and made me pay my discount amount.
Told to register within 1 week then took 4 months.
They have offer 10 gms gold coin after registration now they are telling stories
Never trust this brokers Ravi, Narendra, Mallesh of miyapur branch until you give money they will speak nicely after that they will their colors.

I have bought a open plot at Inole Village Patancheru in Feb 2019, And paid half of the amount as advance, Literally they tortured me with out registering plot on my name, and also they told that they will give me 10 grams gold and Silver Kalasam for buying plot, later on after creating so much headache and tension, they registered my plot on Oct 2019 which is nearly after 8 months, and after the registration when I asked for gold and silver kalasam, marketing agent is saying that I am new to this area, I was not aware of hyd suvarnabhoomi rules so I have told that day I will give you gold and silver but we have given plot at low cost and its increased now, you can sell it if you want, I will help you in that with out any commision. Suvarnabhoomi and Their agents are frauds, never ever believe in these guys. and also govt registration cost is 6% but they charge 8%, additional 2% these guys eat it. I heard from some friends they did double registration as well in another project. Now I am not understanding what to do.

They are not a reliable construction company. Their charges are too high and there are constructions defects. They have also been charged for constructing buildings at illegal land.

This is a good project but when rera came in the picture then the possession is extended by 2 years. Also, the amenities provided were not upto acceptable level.

The apartments at this place have a poor quality finish and their customer service is so bad. They are very prompt in demanding payments and will charge a fine if the payments are not on time, but when it comes to any repair work; they will delay it to the maximum, leaving the buyers helpless and frustrated!

The possession was delayed by 1 year! There is no proper society formed even after 3 years. They got the car parking, which is really important done after 2 years! They charge a very high maintenance as well and do not provide the facilities required!

Hi,
I have a complaint on one of the General Manager of Suvarnabhoomi Developers. I have booked one plot in Suvarna Sampada(Hyderabad) and I have paid all the amount as per the schedules given by the General Manager. I have paid total amount(including the registration charges). One of the General Manager D Swarna Kumar with whom we were in contact, was very nice until full payment received from our end. But after we have paid the amount, he started showing his colors. I have paid total amount in the month of July after that, I have called many times to know the status of the registration. Some times he give message that his family member health is not good, he cannot talk/he is in meeting/he is in driving or xyz reasons or some times other person answers his phone and says that GM is busy. After receiving total payment he has never answered his calls.
We trust Suvarnabhoomi Developers at lot. Its a leading and reputed real estate developers. I personally visited your office in Banjara Hills branch and meet your legal team member(Venkatesh). He has given the complete status of my plot registration and given me the assurance that my plot registration will be completed shortly. This was the same I am expecting from your General Manager.
With this fourm, I want to make a complaint on this D Swarna Kumar who is the general manager of reputed real estate company. He should have some ethics in dealing with customers. Please don't believe all customers like your puppets. When customer have kept their hard earned money in your hands, they have every right to check its status. I would like to caution everyone to be cautious with these kind of managers.
