They have hyped the International airport when it was first announced, Due state separation the rates has gone down.


And the prices remain static for so long from last 6 years time. we bought some piece of land in this venture in 2010 at 2.5K per Square yard, but price remained at same from then.


We are unable to sell the property either nor use it as there is still no proper basic facilities like roads and water supply in the location
