They are cheaters and deliver worst construction quality. Two brothers prateek and bharat are thugs who give margins to dealers ans cheat the customers. I bought property at sushma crescent, quality delivered is poor and all the promised they made were fake. On every sale they provide 4 to 5 lac to dealer and dont take any direct deals.
