Builder is good but not transparent, if you ask the completion date no staff is ready to reply, even they are not disclosing the completion date submitted to RERA.

One of their project I e Chandigarh Grande is inordinately delayed by more than three years from stipulated date of possession, it started in Dec 11 and still no where near completion. around 500 customers are really worried.
