I have seen my father struggling for our own home throughout life. It was his hard work to make me stand, where I am today. On his birthday last year, I planned to gift him his own dream house. I was aware of the fact that buying a home in tricity is not that easy task. And it was going to be a real challenge. But my wife supported me and we started looking for a good location, best construction and yes, affordable prices too.

We started our search around three months from his birthday and the biggest problem was we running short of time. Visiting a number of agents and locations, we wasted around two and a half month. However, things appeared to be sorted when one of my wife’s friends suggested Sushma Buildtech. In the first sight, I was in love with the flats here. With superior interiors, the green and healthy environment was something I wanted. And it was all here. With abundant parking space, it was perfect gift for my father. Moreover, the builders were really helpful and assured to get the things done just in a week.

Finally, we brought my father here for his birthday and he was in tears, but of happiness. ‘THANKS’ is definitely not sufficient. I am very happy!
