Hi All,

I want to buy a flat in Zirakpur but when I searched for online reviews over the web then it was full of bad reviews like no transparency, changes in booking agreement after final deal and I was very much worried to see all these things.

One of my friend told me to buy my dream home by Sushma Buildtech and the first thing that stuck my mind is the bad complaints that I read about the real estate builders.

But, when I talked to Sushma Buildtech staff they showed me all the documents and buyers agreement and they assured me that these are never going to be change. I like there transparency.

Now, it has been almost 2 years and m happily living here. No complaints with Sushma Buildteh, happiness all around.
