I suggest everyone to dont buy their flats . they dont have any stand on their talks .they are adding GSTs unnecessarily . I think everyone should boycott these flats . I was not aware of this builder rating . after possession time they are adding 16 to 18%percent GST with maintainance which is completely non-sense .GST is added on basis of flat size sq feet . I have complete proof but these builders dont care for this .and they are forcely taking maintainence for 3 years after possession.which is of no need . even I have proof for this .maintainance is always of 12 -24 months maximum then why do we pay them for 36 months . I think this builder need to read about the laws first then after that he should open this worthless flats .
