Property at Sushma

Review On Sushma Buildtech Limited, Chandigarh

Hello everyone,

I am really tensed and facing problem in dealing with Sushma Buidtech team, can you suggest for any appropriate solution to this problem. Case is as below...

1. I bought two flats in 2017 in Joynest MOH 1 in Tower A 108 and A 103.

   
   




2. I have done IPT in 2019 for one flat A 103 and booked business space in Pristine 6th floor T2/16.

   
   




3. Against which they agreed that loan shall be closed by them for A 108 and AR of 12 % and 8 % of lease for BS after possession.

   
   




4. They did not close the loan till 2021, whereas They sold the A108 in 2018 only to someone. That was really bad and painful, when I have consulted higher officials of HDFC, when they have asked for showcase notice to Mr. Aman then official of Sushma, then only they came forward to close the loan after 2 years of sale of that property to someone.

   
   




5. For BS I have applied loan in 2019 itself, but due to unresponsive behaviour of suhma team that got dormant, they did not give me any AR as well for those 2 years, when I have got possession offer from Suhma Joynest MOH1 A108 then, I have told them I will pay only if I get AR of Pristine, then they paid me that and after that again till date I have not received any AR of the same.

   
   

It is really painful in dealing with Sushma Buildtech, they are very unresponsive, as if they are hiding something everytime and not responding over calls and emails, their customer care no. and email is good for nothing, never get response from email and rarely from phone no.

All departments are disconnected, like things are pending at sales department and account department is sending demand letters again and again, where sales team is not responding, call me one time discuss things and then kept mum for days... And months, it's been more than two years and they are not able to complete the process, lot of harashment and metal trauma, I am going through. Please be watchful while dealing with sushma buildtech.
