Big Fraud builder Surekha vatika

Review On Surekha Builders And Developers Pvt Ltd, Bhubaneswar

Hello All,

I have Purchesed a flat at Surekha vatika from Surekha vatika. As per the commitment he didn't deliver .Epecially he does not share the mandatory docuemnts like OC/CC and the fine NOC .

Before completing the project he gave some favour to some of the owner and ask them to forma a society and runaway from the project.

The Builder peoples will talk nicely til getting the money once they got they will ran away.

So very BIG NO for this builder .

Please cross check each and every thing before book any flat from this builder if already booked please ask each and everything onetime or ask for Compensation.

Also my brother got a flat from Surekha Niwas project he allotted a different one .

Now a days there is lots of complain for the Surekha Vatika project with RERA so my advice before you finalize any deal cross check multiple times as ask for all leagal document before payment.
