Compromise on amenities and facilities.

There are no proper amenities and facilities in this place even though we were promised over the top things that they could not deliver. We paied a huge price for this place for the amenities and facilities and we did not get anything in return.

No document that we could review.

They did not send us any document that we could review before signing the agreement papers and we got very little time to go over the clauses because they gave us a particular time and if we did not send our agreement by then we would be charged a late fee, so we did not get to make a proper decision.

Not so great living conditions

Since the area where they reside is located near the slum and the particular hygiene factor is dismissed, it leaves an impression on the buyers that the builder is not so keen at lending the properties at good conditions. This has led to many people to look out for flats outside of the current location.
