This man is in great illusion. Supertech policies are very dirty which cannot be explored by Supertech on their website nor any connected Broker In Noida thru Supertech on commission basis may elaborate to customers. All about the upper layer & front...line of Supertech looks fine at the first instance but when you go deep inside, understand and face all the real problems given one by one by the Supertech then you may know that Supertech is the filthy builder in the Noida.

1. Supertech Charge 24% or 36 % on non payment according to the demand letter. Demand Letter must made according to the actual flat cost with add of service tax 14% into it and in one or two demand letter dispatch the Supertech may extract all the flat money in advance and put that money in other projects and delay the real project for whose project flat you had paid the money.

2. Superetch charrman R.K.Arora and its directors won’’t able to meet anyone customer for their or company problems and leave the matter on unqualified and shrewd and lier staff employees of the Supertech company to tackle their customers in rough, unlawful and vulgar behavior .

3. Supertech also charge 15% amount of deduction on client paid amount of money till yet, if the client may request to cancel his/her flat and return without interest the rest of the customer payment 85% in 4-5 months time frame, so that in real all undue advantage of the money be looted by the Supertech and get undue enrichment from the customer hard earned money.

4. Supertech doesn’’t given and rate of interest if the possession must delayed by Supertech but only in verbal the broker say that 1% per annum will be given by Supertech of the flat will be hand over lately.

5. Supertech employees prevent the real clients for meeting the senior officials and chairman of the Supertech, and its employees exploit according to their unscrupulous methods and bad conduct.
