We had a terrible experience with the broker of Supertech Mr. Dixit and the property owner of PR 204 Supertech Icon - indirapuram

Both are fraud.

Four years ago, we rented a house, and the broker assured us that the rent included maintenance. After moving in, we began paying rent directly to the owner while maintenance charges were still deducted from our meter. many arguments has took place but nothing has happened and every year at the time of renewal he has increased the 10% of the rent as well as the maintenance.

Now after four years when we approached the renewal of our lease, the broker insisted that we increase our security deposit from one month to two and that we pay his brokerage fee as well. It seems unreasonable to pay brokerage for a property we already occupy. We decided it was best to vacate the house instead.

In the month we planned to move out, they pressured us into paying rent again, stating it wouldn't be adjusted against the security deposit and that we would only receive it back upon returning the keys. When we handed over the keys, the owner refused to return our money, claiming we had damaged his geyser, which had been installed back in 2005. Can anyone believe that they would withhold money after 19 years for a geyser?

Both the broker and the owner are engaging in deceitful practices. Dixit, and the owner, Sharma ji, a 72-year-old man, who unjustly deducted alleging we hadn't paid the full bill, resulting in a loss of 16, 700 rupees. When we requested our money back, they used the age card, implying we shouldn't argue with someone of his age. It’s appalling that he resorts to such fraud at his age.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Dixit. I determined to reclaim my hard-earned money, as I have faith on my God, but these individuals will face the consequences of their actions in due time.
