The builders took a lot of time to make the house, yet they gave us a building that they constucted using low quality ingredients, which led to a poorly constructed building!

The maintenance fee here is really high and we do not even get the amenities and facilities according to that, so it is not fair.

The builder has not even obtained construction permission and he wants people to invest in his project! People are not fools! We know that people like these builders exist who want to just run away with other people's hard-earned money!

The government needs to actively lay the foundation for commencing many initiatives that include taking care of the fiscal benefits, tax benefits and subsidies such that more buyers that fall in the age of first time buyer are able to rent out apartments.

The property is built in an area that is near a dumping ground and there is a bad smell that it leaves behind, which is causing us headaches and irritation.

They said that we would have a lot of open spaces and a jogging track , but we got nothing of that sort so it is quite horrible to live in this place.

There are a many construction projects that fail to properly deploy good quality work force in place and that has greatly resulted in Poor quality workmanship indirectly leading to long list of defects

We had no option but to agree with the irrational demands made in the agreement because they said that we would have to forfeit the 10% advance money otherwise!

I urged all the prospective Investors(especially NRI) beware of Expat Properties while investing in their any project and those who are already invested in any of their project and suffering can WhatsApp me on 9221960374 as we formed a group of investors to fight legally with Expat Properties. I've invested in Expat Properties 1 acre N.A. plot in project Sundew Haven-I in Roha during Nov. 2010 from Qatar for total amount of Rs. 13 lacs(in 4 installments) and I was supposed to get possession of the said plot in April 2013 but even after continuously follow up with them till date I am awaiting possession of my plot. Suddenly today(24/05/2016) their Head of Customer Relations Mr. Berlyn D'souza realizes that this Sundew Haven project is falling under forest zone. Hence they are not in a position to deliver the plots in the same project and alternatively they will allot same 1 acre land in some other undeveloped project for which details are still awaiting.
