Sun Estates Developers, Goa

Inquired two projects in dec 2017, sales team said possession in june 2018 but its june 2020 still not delivered. I saved my money, upon inquiring we found out company in deep financial crisis. Relatives and friends mentioned not to invest in this company. Staff not paid salaries for 7months.contractors, vendors suppliers not paid for 2 years. Ongoing projects very slow. Also very bad maintenance of existing projects. Please research before buying and save your hard earned money. Buy only ready flats with any builder.

Sun Estate Developer is the famous real estate developer in Goa. It is located in Nerul . I wish to share my own experience regarding Sun Estate Developer. I usually travel to Goa every 6 months. Last month I went with my sister to Goa that time we visited to this developer because my sister was planning to purchase a villa.

That was a weekend when we entered into there office which is located in 1st floor with well establish environment.  The staff working over there is well educated and they are very decent. They explained regarding the Sun Estates and there process in detail, even they discussed about upcoming projects and on going project.

We felt budget is also reasonable and with low interest rate finance scheme. So we felt satisfaction regarding this process so she booked a on going construction villa, so that she can move to that place. That is situated near sea premises with wonderful horticulture around the villa.

They are providing immediate customer service and proper documentation was done and they gave the date next year end.

Even I am also planning to purchase a villa by next year with this developers only.
