Delayed projects and delayed salaries

Inquired two projects in dec 2017, sales team said possession in june 2018 but its june 2020 still not delivered. I saved my money, upon inquiring we found out company in deep financial crisis. Relatives and friends mentioned not to invest in this company. Staff not paid salaries for 7months.contractors, vendors suppliers not paid for 2 years. Ongoing projects very slow. Also very bad maintenance of existing projects. Please research before buying and save your hard earned money. Buy only ready flats with any builder.
