Worst experience so far, as the flat no F-1004 owner Mr. Gangadhar is playing with emotions of there tenants, this is a experience which my friend has faced with this owner. Initially he has committed to give the security money back and after leaving the house. he still promised to give the money back with all the deduction within a week, but its been three months and after 100 calls still he is giving excuses and not wiling to give back the money. So tenants beware of such owners at "SUMADHURA SHIKHARAM" because your hard earn money will go for a toss.
