Prices are cheap..but customer service is poor.

Review On Subhagruha Projects, Visakhapatnam

Our family registered a site in Amarathi layout at kothavalasa which is the project taken up by Subhagruha projects Pvt.ltd.

They are taking more time for registration process.

They agreed for 3800/- per sq.ft but now they are changing the word and asking 4000/- per sq.ft. by saying the name of G.S.T.

The employees of that company don't know even how to behave with customers.

They invited us for site seeing and said us they would send car.

On that day, we waited on the road for more than a hour for the car to come.they are such irresponsible towards the customers.

Some sites are good but developments are not yet completed.
