This is where we live. A well maintained neat and clean society compared to many others. The association is also proactive. I would safely say the best you can find in this locality. You have well maintained gym, swimming pool, 8ball pool, foos ball, two carrom boards tables tennis hall. health centre . Minimalistic space and design dont expect luxury here but well maintained for a safe family stay.

Fully equipped Gym, Garden to sit and relax, Crystal clear swimming pool for relaxation gives you something to do in your free time.

Generator for back up, intercom, security, 2 elevators & TATA/Airtel High speed fiber internett connection, this is a perfect place.

Also we have in house Electrician/plumber, visitor parking, fire safety, Top notch security with Mygate access, STP & rainwater harvesting.

24/7 free ground water supply. No water scarcity till date.

Over all a decent place in Bangalore to live and settle.

Very low class and cheap.people.Made mistake in my life without knowing about the Builder is fraud . I got cheated and trapped.Wasted my money believing the Fake positive reviews and the fraud staff working here. .they will talk as if customer is important once the flat is sold u will be ditched and they will never even pickup calls .very cheap behaviour and aroogant after cheating customer money. I have never experienced such torture in my life.

really shameless axhxxxx who eat and live by cheating customer money.

Until receiving money from customer they talk nice then if you ask about anu issue its different. A lady named ganga talks like our money has no value. the staffs are shitty and arrogant.i dont know what klind of culture she is coming from.had to listen abusive and vulgar words from her even ithe office receptionist is arrogant. never go with such cheap buolder .they wont refund your money. you can understand the qualiy of building by thr quality of people itself .the builder is one sh haivng such sh staff.

Third grade low class staffs .The lady Ganga from crm is the most filthy person you could see and ganga and other staffs will tell all possible lies to sell the flat and do all cheap level things to cover up that They do cheating in every apsects and screw up customers .Never trust these people.Thy will make your life miserable.

Worst builders. they do cheating and steal customers hard earned money. Instead, they can beg and eat. shameless builders. no guilt and shame

.This is the real situation of the builders.they don't fix any issues The building is of low quality construction and the builder and his staffs is one fraud aole who cheats all buyers for money.

Service for wall painting was good and responded on time. Their Services for any household needs are taking care on time and finishing also perfect. Maintenance is worth giving.

Good project, spacious homes, good amenities. Better location, college and school approachable, super market nearby
