Im writing this as a anonymous because Sterling Homes & lands, Guindy are politically influenced and can be a threat to my life.

Going to the review. They promised a land for me and I had the entire amount. But they kept postponding the registration which eventually did not happen. They did refund the entire amount till now(been 3 yrs).

So, In short. Better to Avoid.
