They duped several working professionals with the ROYAL RETREAT venture/project at Indlawada, Anekal. They duped Agricultural lands saying they are residential and looted crores of Rupees. As its not allowed agricultural sites cannot be purchased by non agricultural people.

After selling the land, almost every other owner got LEGAL Notices from Govt of Karnataka for buying Agricultural lands

None of the Management responds or even answer the phones/and no one will be available in their office except some office girl/boy.who are poor people work for 10 to 12 K a month.

The worst among all the builders in Bangalore. If any one is thinking about buying a flat under SRR Marketing it is  big NO as their are a whole lot of cheaters sitting in that office and he person named Prakash and the builder Anand are the ones who will just snatch away the hard earned money and do all kinds of enjoyment.

Everything I see here is just worst even the quality of the work specially plumbing work, layout of the swimming pool etc. Both Prakash and Anand cannot meet the commitments done to the residents as they just eat away all the money that they get. information catalog shows amenities and we purchase because of the locality, amenities etc but nothing is done even the lifts are in pretty bad condition.

PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY HOMES FROM SRR HOMES MARKETING. A bunch of cheaters.
