Review On Sriram Construction, Bangalore

Sriram is one of the famous finance institution in India. They have come to real estate sector. I had some expectations before visiting one of their project. But being in the name of big brand the outcome is totally different. I have got a chance to visit one of their rural projects which is located Bangalore Sarjapur. It was having many blocks which was sold for some price.

I visited a block C they said will be done in four months. So would be interested to check flats , marketing people are so clever they said only 6 flats are available out of 80 units. All 6 was having some issues like Vastu, located near power unit etc. I was not interested after some days they called me and said management has released few more flats, I was wondering how these people are selling defective first. Also I came to know posession they are delaying more than double times as agreed. In the name of big brand constucion has done in average quality with huge price.
