Don't buy any property from this builder. Once sold you will not get any support or help from this builder. They never complete any project, you will not get OC in any project. Lots of deviation and leakage in each project. STAY AWAY!!

Worst developer on Bangalore. Firstly they will delay project, then they will try to make money out of you.. don't spend your hard earned money with these guys..

With my experience I can only caution you to stay away from any of their projects. A group of irresponsible and arrogant guys from the boss to its employees. Better to stay away from these guys for your own good. You can check with any of its buyers for more information about these guys before you book the flat. These guys have had lot of internal issues and changed the management to the hands of incapable guys who are their relatives who deliver nothing and run away. If you ask for the promised made by the person appointed by them they talk as if they dont know about what was said. Was suppose to be delivered to me by Dec 2014 but there are folks who booked who had earlier date of possession but its still pending.

Just 6 months back I purchase a 3 bhk in Sai Poorna Premier.All the 3 bathroom's false ceilig has fallen due to heavy leakage in the bathroom from the above floor.Only old building will face such problems. Very poor construction.Even after continuous complaints builder is notsending persons to rectify it.I bought the flat for 72 lakhs.See how I would feel.More than 70 flats in our SPP are facing this leakage issues.Car parking has not yet allotted. There is always heavy leakage in our Podium Area. BESCOM Metre has not been allotted still for two towers.

If he is not going to correct the bathrrom leakage problem in all the houses he will be arrested.

Poor technology used in construction. Please anybody don't invest in his projects

Stay away from such builder, especially from the MD Pola. He is arrogant and never listen to anybody. None of the projects has got OC. They promise to give you but never gave to any of the projects. Sai Poorna Paradise(2010), the deviation is more than 45%, Sai Poorna High End(2014) is more than 30%. In Sai Poorna Luxuria, they dont have the approvals for 8th and 9th floor. In fact, as per the floor plans, the approvals are only till 5th floor and then a duplex. Therefore, all these properties are either illegally done or not as per approved plans. Without any idea or logic, they are providing ample space in the name of open kitchen, where you will have to spend at least 4 lakhs to make it worth living. Because, the electricals and taps are not in the correct place and we have to shift it. The finishing of the projects, premier and high end, the painting is not yet done. and also, the amenities are not given as promised, its just for name sake. If you have a chance to see premier, look at the space between two blocks. They keep it empty for no use. They promised to do landscaping and nothing happened so far. Also the residents complaint that they have not yet allocated car parking spaces. Its been 2 years.

They promise to give you all the docs ready by reg or possession. But they never did it so far. If you are looking to buy a flat from this builder, please check with people who has already bought it.

I have sympathy with people who have booked flat in Sai Poorna luxaria project. Luckily I and 3 of our friend saved from this cheat builder. Yes we were about to give the booking check in January 2012 but rolled back the decision after a detailed discussion with owners of other project in same area. I have booked another apartment which was in the same development stage as Luxaria and moved in 2 years back but Luxaria is just a structure for past 1 and half year. Even if they start work it will take at least 8-10 months before any one can move in.

Stay away from this builder to save your hard earned money. More importantly for your peace of mind.

Its the worst company, they didn't care about their customers, I'm challenging on this builder if he get 20% customer satisfaction report I will leave this city. If any doubt visit sai poona high-end project, STP located in near to 001 plot. Smell is hell. Once they sold out plots they never take care about customers at least a minimum period. Builder is very crack fellow.

Any customer will notice their problems he will shout and arrange gundas to show his power. If you want to buy a plot Meet customers personally, they will share their feelings. Customers care is Zero here. Any doubt meet personally to his customers.

In short, I am a owner in a Saipoorna project and best said that I would never again buy an apartment with a second tier builder like Srinivasa developers. The money savings is just not worth all the trouble.

At the outset, the builder looks descent and it looks like a very good deal since the materials used are good, the plan is lucrative and many other things. However, after the payment is made, and building start taking shape, the reality dawns. The quality, the materials used remained the same. However, minor change in plans started appearing in apartments. For example, the glass balcony was replaced with aluminium bars. Indoor swimming pool shifted outside. Squash court that was promised had no place. Club house suddenly became smaller.

Situation reached it’s peak when the time to possession came. The promised possession date was Mar 2014. By Nov 2014, pretty much all of us(Yes, all owners) had received huge penalty mail(between 50K to 3 lakhs) from builder(! Never heard of that before), stating our initial payment to the builder were delayed. Yes it took between 30-45 days for banks to disburse first installment after our application, but we thought that’s normal for all projects and banks. So, beware of this clause if you are making a purchase. So we did cough up penalty and got it registered for the mistake of booking here.

Drama did not end here. Builder asked to accept possession by November with no electricity, no water, with just completed work from his side inside the apartments. Not even the boundary wall is still in place as of date. When people started rejecting possession, he stopped the possession process and said that he will start again when he gets permanent electricity connection becomes available from BESCOM. That was December and this is well, end of January and still no progress whatsoever. And, now there is a new rule that BESCOM will not give permanent electricity till there is OC. All owners are in hung state. Most of us do not have a hope of getting anything in next 6 months or so.

Last thing, attitude of the builder aka MD Pola Srinivasulu. Not the worst builder but worst human being that I have seen. Any comment about the project looks entirely personal to him and instead of addressing the concern, starts screaming and abusing the asking person. Had read some reviews about this before booking, but did not bother much thinking why would there be much interaction with him. However, I had mistaken. Problems with the project grew so severe that all of us had to communicate with him often and instead of getting solutions, we got the angry, ugly look. Apparently, we now come to realize that the experience has been no different for previous completed projects.

All in all, if you are buying from this developer, I would advise a strict NO NO. But if you are buying from a re-seller after the project is completed, think about it. Not dealing with MD is half problem solved in project with Srinivasa developers.

I finally booked a flat in Saipoorna High-end after 7 months of search and would like to share my review of the residential property search for my family in Bangalore.

I work in Bellandur TechPark so I was searching for a property close to my workplace and close to restaurants and malls. We searched for around 6-7 months went through countless properties under my budget of around 70 Lakhs.

As part of my search I came into touch with Mr. Ashok from sales team of Saipoorna Developers, I found the quality of construction very good as most of the building material is coming from the source as Sobha like Gypsum plaster for interiors, blocks and doors. Floor Plans for 2BHK apartments are well designed.I had few minor concerns but I was assured in writing that those will be taken care of.

Mr.Ashok was quick in response and delivered genuine information about the property and helped me throughout the process. I booked the flat last week and got to meet the owner as well.He is a busy man so without taking much time I discussed with him about the minor concerns I had, he assured me that he will look into it and get it rectified.

Post Payment I still find the sales team very responsive to all my queries, till now I am happy with the decision I made.

I heard people faced few problem regarding their post payment queries.But came to know that builder has started a support team for such queries.In my experience I was able to reach them pretty quickly through emails phone calls or live chat.

Soon my Friend is looking to book a 3BHK flat in Saipoorna Luxuria.
