Nothing has been made as per the original plan! The implementation is totally different! We paid money for what we were promised like green spaces and amenities and facilities but we did not get anything of that sort!

Builder not clearly giving details

Since the very start, it has been seen that the builder has never tried to be upfront with regards to the details that should be formerly provided to the new buyers regarding the buy-in details of the flat and this has created incredibility among the new buyers.

No possession till now

It has been 6 years and we have still not got the possession of the place! We have definitely lost hope of getting our flat and are thinking of fighting a legal case.

Maintenance fee is overpriced.

The maintenance fee here is simply too high and we cannot understand why because the complexes in the neighbourhood have the same facilities yet they charge very less maintenance.

Finishing is bad.

The finishing of this building is very bad and we have had to do so much repair work when we moved in and we still have to get things sorted so it is quite a pain.

The area where this property is build is right near the railway station and we constantly can hear the sound of the train, even at night, which is really loud and makes it diffcult to get any work done and even fall asleep at night!

Badly finished property.

We did not expect that the property will be so badly finished. There are cracked ceilings and the fiitings ae bad.

No amenities as such.

They keep increasing the maintenance fee at this place every month and it is not fair because there are no amenities as such.
