Sri Nidhi Estate, Bangalore

I booked a flat to Srinidhi Residency  in Bangalore in 2010 , this flat was supposed to be completed in 2012 July (max). there is one CLP (Construction link Plan ) loan is running on this flat which I am paying since the time of booking regularly. I was regular in submitting the demand of builder, but at the same time I wanted to get loan from other bank as the rate of interest of the current bank ( Deutsche home finance) is very high. But no bank was entertaining me till I do not get the possession of the flat. Since possession is near now ( as per builder is saying) I planned to take a full amount loan and pay it at once, this is why I was avoiding to take further loan from my current bank.

Now without actually informing me, Srinidhi Residency  has cancelled the booking of my flat. When I talked to them, they are asking for renewal amount of Rs. 4 lakhs, which will be a huge burden.

Please assist me what steps I can follow and how can avoid such a burden.

Bought a flat in Srinidhi Enclave a year back and I am still suffering

the aftermath of this builder, N. Srinivas Reddy owner of Srinidhi

Contructors. Please be assured that their sales guys promise you

something else and what you get is something totally different. The

sales guy who you talked to would not be there more than a month. They

are constantly rotated which is a clever ploy to attract buyers with

fake promises. Ultimately at the end you would be left to deal with the

builder himself.

The builder, Srinivas, would come up with some excuses

of not doing what was promised until he gets all the money and just

denies the promises that were made. Please, beware of this builder. I

would also suggest that you stay away from doing any transaction with

this builder and constructors, Srindhi Constructors unless you have a

very good legal advisor. There are many projects that are coming up in

south bangalore that this builder has started work on.

These

constructions are around meenakshi temple area. He also has some

projects close to Indira nagar.The reason for this review is to alert

any future home buyers to be alert against future problems. Thanks Well
