Srikrishna builder kept me in dark

I brought flat at Indraprasth apartment build by Srikrishna builders (srikrishnagroup.net), now I am cursing myself for the decision. As most of the people I decided to buy flat here because of location, amenities and nearly finished look (which has not changed in last 2 year).
The builder Krishore Reddy is seasoned fraud; he is cunning like a fox and probably overtakes it as well. He also has company of loud, foul mouthed wife who manages to make the bad work further bad. He started Indraprath venture with 2 more people who let him use land for building the apartment. One of the land owners is Shankar Reddy, another cheat, fraud and rogue. The apartment is going through many challenges and legal issues.
1. One of the entrances is blocked: The main entrance shown in the brochure and on his web site is under litigation. This is started by Shankar Reddy and Kishore Reddy is not even bothered to intervene or solve the problem. On contacting to resolve this issue he has clearly stayed out of it stating the issue is between flat owners and Shankar Reddy, even though the approved BBMP plan shows both the entrances (https://srikrishnagroup.net/ilmp.htm). The road near 60 feet road is blocked by Shankar Reddy, he also has couple of cases pending with local authorities and has good relation with most of them.
2. BWSSB: Builder promised and showed us fake receipts indicating all the BWSSB, KEB and other legal fee has been paid. On 14th of Nov 2008 BWSSB authorities blocked the sewerage connection stating Kishore Reddy has not paid the amount due. The apartment has already been occupied by families; blocking sewerage has caused lots of problem for the residents. On investigating further with BWSSB, it was clear that Kishore Reddy got many reminders and notices from them but he decided to ignore all of them.
The above 2 issues will indicate severity of the problem. But the list does not stop there, it just is much bigger and includes poor quality work, leaking roofs and walls, un marked car parking areas, blocked common area, no power backup and generator, cunningly drafter registration documents, no time commitment and complete unprofessional service.
The staff is also equally bad and looks as if it is competing to keep-up with his bad qualities. Staff with little good intentions find it hard to survive here as none of the promises made as kept.
Please consider this as a word of caution before purchasing any flats constructed by Srikrishna group. If you want to have mental piece, consider not purchasing any properties build by this builder as first option. He is a classic example of what a builder should not be.
