Unfortunate to buy from Sri Krishna Property

Review On Sri Krishna Property Developers, Bangalore

I am one of unfortunate owner of apartment developed(still ongoing) by Kishore Reddy. I booked the flat with lot of hopes and all turned to frustation dealing with project/builder/engineers. The project is ongoing from last 3+ years and still not complete. Kishore Reddy is complete idiot and rogue in my opinion. Please refer to other reviews

Lot of activities are still pending with construction quality being poor and most of promised amenities missing. The builder is one guy with whom u can have a life time experience. After 3+ full years of project developement it still lacks  Lift, kaveri water, DG, Swimming(which was promised although it will be total waste), pathetic parking not even numbered sofar.

I warn the potential owners of dealing with him. Please deal with him if u want to lose ur life time earning, peace of mind.

The initial adverstiments projected the building to be completed in Dec 2005 or early 2006.

Owning the apartment being built by him is the biggest regret I ever have in my life. Please remember if u fall for his promises in the beginning it is the worst mistake u can make in life.
