They lack ethics and we have to pay the consequence for that. There are officals threatnening to break down the building because of the illegal floor that they have constructed all the time.

During woodwork drilling, carpenter said, no need of drilling machine to drill this wall. I saw, iron rods were placed in open atmosphere for several months without any progress and they became rusted.

Considering the years and years he takes, by the time he hands over, the building would be already depreciated by part of its life. He is totally  misusing this  business. It is very important to have relationship with a good businessman when huge money is involved.

My causin booked apartment with this builder at jeevas aathis project in kovilambakkam. He is struggling a lot to get it completed. This builder gets some advance by giving attractive commitments like your unit will be completed in a month or so.

Once we give advance, he do not respond properly. He is using very minimal labor. So we have to do lot of follow ups to get them work for our unit. We have to be visiting periodically the site even though there are no progress. Many buyers are in quarrel with him. But he is not showing his availability.

Some of them were trying to cancel. This person was not cooperative for those cases. Normally we buy apartments to get house hassle free and smooth living. The effort put to complete the unit with this person will be more than building the house yourself with good quality.

This builder is diverting money from one project to many. He also seems to be in debit.   He is not making progress for the already paid house owners.

If he is not making progress for longer time after giving money,  you will not get any support. be careful . your money is your responsibility. There are already concerns about him.

A review about SREE KULADEVADHA CONSTRUCTIONS.

We decided to buy a flat with SKC on June 2011 which worth 35L. Jeeva's Aathish was the project constructed in Kovilambakkam. As we were in the part of phase II, till 2012 the construction was not yet started. Everytime we ask for the progress, they will explain with some kind to lame excusses. There was a big drama between the marketting people and the builder but who knows what happened. hmmmmm. We contacted the builder finally and they said that we are in no touch with the marketting people as they did some fraud work with us. Now they claim that we are working as individual parties with our customers. This happened in around the end of 2012.

Now the work is in full swing for the phase II. We are expecting for the flat keys by April 2014. Hoping for the best.
