Very Bad experience, very rude behaviour, he got all the money did not complete the work, he has cheated soo many people like us, now asking extra money from what is committed, not doing any work, does not do the work like what we say,

I bought a flat for my uncle from one of there apartments which was newly constructed and was owned by one of its partners .

We , I and my Uncle went to their office for the query of flat and its booking procedure .

They were very polite and explained to us about every noms and details to buy the flat . He even took us to the flat visit . The flat was nicely built and its interior was in modern look  the pipeline fittings in the kitchen and washroom were also nice , rooms were very spacious and also the guest room. We were satisfied with the flat and we booked it , then within 3 days we got the keys to the flat and I just wanna say that we were  totally satisfied with their services and procedures.

I have seen one of my friend's house bought from them. During hand over the electrical and toilet fittings were giving problem.

After a month the gaps are formed in the doors and holes in the floor giving space to ants and insects. The worst part is they don't listen to you for rectifying the problems.
