RUBBISH EXCHANGE POLICY OF GLOBUS COMPANY

On 14 september 2015, I went to exchange clothes worth 1298. At that time there was offer of 50% off on one of two new arrival garments.

But according to Bullshit globus company, I could not avail that discount because I was exchanging. So, I had to pay extra 500 bucks, if I would have purchased it fresh. I was more angry because this is not the case in Pantaloon or Westside stores.

Besides they(globus) dont have much collection. After the salesperson knew I was exchanging she stopped dealing me. Such bad attitude towards customers.This happened in Phoenix mall, Lucknow. I will never visit this store again.
