Review On Splendid Constructions, Bangalore

I would like to Thank Chandru Sir and Shabaaz for giving me the Flat about 99% of what we imagined when we purchased the flat(Sorry for 1%, because nothing is perfect :-).

There are always ups and downs in any project whether it Residential or Software project. There will be issues also, but you can never take away the credit for the hardwork and dedication which these two people have put in for this Project. Few points I would like to highlight-

• Never imagined projects managers at the Site will be so accessible, but both the guys were always accessible for any Queries, Issues or concerns

  
  




• Both are very flexible, will go out the way to help you.

  
  




• I cant recall the instance when Chandru Sir and Shabaaz has not picked my call, whether it is Sat or Sun or Mon or any given day or any time they will receive my call to resolve the issues.

  
  




• Sometimes things have taken time to get resolved, but they delivered what was promised because they are responsible for all 80 flats and they have to take care of all of them and not one.

  
  




• Both are very good by Nature, never had any argument over any issue.

  
  




• It's very difficult to manage the contractors at site, because you tell them to do something, but they will do opposite, then also both these folks took the responsibility, and gave no reasons that this was done by contractor.

  
  




• Shabaaz is new to this industry, but then also he picked it up and learnt fast. "
