We currently own plot no. 25A in one of the projects of Spark Realty at Bakori. They deliver the best quality apartments and possess the capability to envision their buyer’s requirement. I got to say, they are one of the most reliable and trustworthy builders and developers in Pune in the current times. I went with their'more than average' reviews and contacted them for a 2 BHK penthouse in their upcoming project in Pune. I have been staying in kharadi for last 10years.

The planning of the flats is fantastic with the flat open from all four side and no common wall between two flats. The flats are very spacious with good light and ventilation. The podium of the society is huge where we all celebrate our cultural activities.

Their 5year guarantee for repairs and maintenance is at its best.

I also found spark realty very cooperative after possession as I had to interact on numerous occcassion with them as societ management board.
