We sold our Nashik house and were returning to our hometown, Pune. We bought our house there 2 years ago in anticipation of my dad retirement. It was hectic to leave a beautiful place like Nashik. When we met the Spark Realty team, we found that Mr. Sumit& their team were very responsive and helped us in making a decision. They helped us by finding a similar house that we had in Nashik. Spark realty. fraud company. already did fraud of 5 Crore in Hyderabad then more than 10 crore in Akola, 5 Crore in Pune.

They will give you lot of offers and will not fulfil it.

If you go for cancellation, they will give you post dated cheque which will eventually bounce.

They will keep on giving cheques.

They have form a group having different companies like Matrix Infra, AIM infra(Nagpur), Blue Nile, Spark(Pune).

Beware of these scamsters.
