Sumit is fraud person/builder and cheater

Review On Spark Realty, Pune

Spark Realty company is a fraud. They have cheated us and many more with false claims.

We have booked a flat in Wade bolhai area near wagholi pune, with them. After many follow ups and they have done documentations.

But never did we got complete documentation with 7/12.

Now when we are trying to get in touch with them, they seems to be absconding and not picking up the calls as well.

Sumit Bhalotia is a big cheater. He just talk good but absolutely worthless.

We have filed a complaint against him with criminal charges. He was on bail and ran away from pune / Maharashtra.

He fooled poor people by cheating with them. He is master in lying and fooling people.

I request not to entertain him in future and stay away from him.
