Spacevision Green Acres no proper documents

I purchased a plot in Green Acres 2 years back. They promised to give all documents with farm agreement in 45 days .So far they have not given pattadar pass book. Nobody lifts phone. Directors talk reluctantly .I am worried about my MONEY. Do not belive them. They are not FAIR .
