Stay away from Sowparnika Builders in Trivandrum

Sowparnika builders have projects in Bangalore, Coimbatore and Trivandrum.I Booked a flat in a project in trivandrum by giving a token as advance(on the condition that they will return the advance if my advocate doesn't approve it) the builder gave me copies of the land deed but they couldn't show all the documents so my advocate didn't give consent for taking the flat.

So for the last 2 months I am asking to give back the advance they are not showing interest to it and not taking the phone also.I am worried whether my hard earned money will be lost..Request to have a caution while booking a flat with them.

Hi! As I understand builders refund the money only when your team can cite actual legal problems. Also, many people given token advance and back out due to financial reasons or others at the last moment and cite legal reasons. This is why they don’t...give it out unless you have valid reasons. Contact the team or go to their office and talk it out. Also, I’ve had quite a good experience with them. My friend and I booked an apartment in Sowparnika Swastika in Bangalore. My friend wasn’t even in station! I went for site seeing and all the paper work was sent to her (she lives in New York) and signed relatively easily. My experience has been very good with them so far and I am quite happy with my purchase.
