No proper hand over, no more timelines, no quality checks, arrogant and unresponsive CRM team. They call you at least twice a day till you give the initial advance, no more support once you register the flats. Don't fall in their trap with attractive like offers.

They never deliver on promised time and after 2-3 years residents are forced to take the maintenance and they escape from all the issues from back gate. They only thing working there is the legal as they have to fight so many battles with all the residents of the completed projects.
