Sales & CRM pathetic, do not know how to communicate with customer, during sales they will make promises but once booking done then do not have time to talk with customer.

Showing reason for delay is pandemic, do not have enough staff, enough material to complete, 2019 projects have not completed yet but they they are busy in launching new projects

Each month I getting a new periods for registration from last 8 months and due to that facing problem with owner but there no body has time to listen to us.
