I am a owner of Sowparnika Sanvi and this builder has not provided OC for past 8 years and now we got to know that he has defaulted in multiple projects. Their CRM team will not even respond to your emails. They will be good untill the final chq is received by them. Don't fall for the trap of lower price, suffering is lot after that.

I have purchased a flat .First my CRM was different .Now the CRM is akshatha who talks rude to customers.if anyone can change the crm to me.

Worst dont fall into the trap

I have booked two units in Ashiyana fell into the trap with all the discounts and mesmerizing words with Sales and also the CRM but in reality all are false promises and still trying to get the refund of 20K. Thank God I have not moved it forward. Very worst CRM Muskan, Kanchana. The sales executive Nihal and Abhishek too.
