"Unnathi" is the best value for money project in entire Bangalore. The MEGA project is nearing completion, time taken is only approx 30 months---comparing the other builder including Sobha etc who are taking 60 to 75 months.


I find it strange when some of my fellow allot tees are going by hearsay. Sovereign surprisingly charging The construction cost is below Rs.1900/- per sft where as the nearby flats by builder are charging Rs 3800 to 4000 per sft.

The inside persons are now started writing to get some positive review . To find out the real face of this builder please do a search in karnataka highcourt website, bangalore consumer redressal forum and other sites.
