There have been no nearby hospitals to cater to the need of emergency services that may arise out of any of the nearby apartments and residential flats. This needs to be catered to and many hospitals need to be built so as to cater to the changing needs.

There is no ready fire fighting systems in a 24 hour building, which is scary! Also, the builder is selling a residental premise as a commercial complex; so be very aware of what you are getting into!
Could not find their approvals and licenses.

We were not at all amused when they told us to go check their website to see their approvals and licenses, but since they are a renowned builder, we agreed to do so. However, we were very disappointed to see that there were no approvals or licenses on the website.

The maintenance charges of this property is just to high! We were not given an idea that the charges will be so exorbitant! The facilities and amenities that they provide are not that great because there are too many people living in the complex and their facilities do not accomodate everyone!
We cannot use the common area

We do not get to use the areas that are build for common use like the terrace because the secreatary never gives us the keys to the terrace, but when it comes to his family and a few friends that he has made in the building then he has no objection! We have complained so many times, but to no avail!
They tell lies to sell the property.

There are Most of the real estate brokers who are untrained and set up this business with just a phone thinking that without adequate industry knowledge, it is easy to accommodate their office and start reaching out to vendors and sellers.
Flats difficult to sell

There are many case where the agents find it very difficult to sell the property since the property requires a lot of repairs and decorating that needs to eb taken care of and Is not timely paid heed to from the vendors end.
